Every 12 months you must regenerate your license file in the Self-Service Licensing Center to renew your license for the specific ModelSim*-Intel® FPGA edition software version that you purchased.
MODELSIM PE SOFTWARE LICENSE
The ModelSim*-Intel® FPGA edition software license expires 12 months after the date of purchase. Note: The ModelSim*-Intel® FPGA edition software requires a valid license. SE/PE or QuestaSim versions and other third-party simulators. The PE command may be similar, but I'm not sure: C:\WINDOWS\IsUninst.exe -fC:\Modeltech\win32\Uninst.isu. Microsemi has pre-compiled the SmartFusion2/IGLOO2/RTG4/PolarFire libraries with specific ModelSim. Here's the uninstall command (found in the Windows registry) for a ModelSim SE 6.3d installation. Maybe your installation process wasn't fully successful. $1,995 includes software updates for one year ' entry normally appears in the Windows Add/Remove Programs list.
